Prepared according to a family recipe, hand-baked from exquisite ingredients and rounded off with best Kirsch and cream, our Baumkuchen cake is one of the most proven specialties of our confectioners. The core of the Baumkuchen cake consists of crushed baumkuchen, mixed with cream and Kirsch.

Afterwards, the Baumkuchen cake is covered with fondant, which keeps the cake fresh and juicy.

Our tree cakes are still baked by hand layer by layer in front of the open fire.
