To produce our cakes and pies we use only exquisite ingredients. The specialty of our house is Baumkuchen Tree-Cake and the Sacher-Torte, which are also made according to an old family recipe. The core of our Baumkuchen cake consists of crushed Baumkuchen buttercream and kirsch. The subsequent coating with fondant keeps the cake fresh. The Sacher cake is one of the real Viennese delicacies and the Conditorei Kreutzkamm confectionery has developed its own recipe on the base of the recipe by Anna Sacher for its production. In addition to chocolate, flour, butter, eggs and sugar, we add apricot jam to give the Sacher cake its special taste. The zest of fresh lemons also ensures that it does not taste too sweet and heavy.
