Our fresh handmade Bundts and Yeast Risen Pastry is made by hand in the traditional art of confectionery
Centuries-old recipes, exquisite, high-quality and, above all, regional ingredients have ensured that the Kreutzkamm confectionery is one of the oldest family pastry businesses in Germany. All our specialties are made by hand according to proven methods with a lot of love. The recipes for our cakes and pies stand for handmade quality and have therefore been passed down almost unchanged for generations.
In our fresh produce assortment you will find, among other things, a real classic among the cakes - the bundt cake. This pastry is a cupcake made of sponge pastry, which you will recognize by its typical shape with the hole in the middle always and everywhere. We offer you the traditional cake in two different variants. On the one hand as a juicy orange bundt cake and on the other hand in the classic version as a marble bundt cake. Both varieties are lightly dusted with powdered sugar and are ideal for consumption with a cup of coffee or tea, but also for breakfast or as a small snack in between.
You will also find a selection of yeast pastries in our range of fresh produce. The raisin flatbread is a special breakfast treat and convinces with a light raisin yeast dough with a fine butter taste. Candied lemon peel, candied orange peel as well as bitter almonds and zest of lemon peel ensure that the raisin patty does not taste too sweet and heavy. If you like it sweet, you can alternatively combine delicious jams . The butter plait made of airy yeast dough is also edible for breakfast or coffee and is refined by us with sliced almonds. The Pinza is a traditional milk bread made from yeast or yeast dough, which is refined with butter and yolk. This gives it its golden-yellow color. It can be eaten sweet as well as savory or simply pure.
